Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Exchange
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you can exchange your item for another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

6. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please contact us at support@leanafashionjewellery.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receiving your order) to arrange for a return or exchange.
Important: A clear unboxing video is required, starting from the sealed package being opened, to validate any claims of damage or missing items.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the changes.
